Toni is responsible for all the organizational development and human resources activities of GCS. A licensed Attorney, she brings more than 10 years of experience in human resources to the company. She works extensively in recruiting, team building, labor relations, and compensation. Toni has experience with both union and non-union workforces spread across multi-site operations. She also provides oversight for compliance and safety in the operations.
Toni oversees the recruiting process necessary to staff our centers. Toni has implemented numerous recommendations for improving common policy problems such as attendance, tardiness, and dress code. She works closely with each centers' HR and management team to make sure they continue to practice the GCS way of customer and employee service.
