Bob's background in center management and technology gives him a broad range of experiences to draw upon when working with system providers. He has managed systems supporting the insurance, utility, municipal and financial industries. During large transitions, he often spends weeks on site making sure all the systems and communications work as promised. The more complex the setup, the more he likes the challenge.

Bob brings more than 15 years of contact center experience. He is process, and technology focused. His expertise is in orchestrating people and technology into systems that work. He is well organized and communicates clearly with technical and non-technical people. He has a process approach and learns systems easily. Clients often turn to him to trouble shoot or improve their systems. And he does.
