The Site features Say This, Not That Most of the Time, an online proprietary soft-skills training program (the “Say This Program”).

1. What Information Do We Collect, How We Use It and Your Rights to Control Your Personal Information.

You control the personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, address, phone number and email address, that you share with us. You can correct, delete, or modify this data at any time. You can also request to have your account deleted. You may contact us at any time with respect to the foregoing.

We offer users through the Site the ability to register online and participate in the Say This Program.

We may collect information from you if you fill out a form or contact us and request information. When ordering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, phone number or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We do not rent or sell your personally identifying information to other companies or individuals, unless we have your consent.

We may disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process – for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. -With organizations that sponsor your enrollment in a course for training, professional development or other educational purposes – If an entity partners with us or otherwise sponsors your course participation, we will share information with the entity as needed to confirm your enrollment, participation, progress, and completion status in the STNT Program.

-With our affiliates, or with successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, for their use consistent with this Privacy Policy.

2. Children’s Privacy.
Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or through our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at ContactUs@GCSagents.com: This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

3. Say This Not That Program Enrollment Payments. Purchase of enrollments in the Say This
Program may be made via credit card. We outsource processing of credit card transactions to PayPal. We securely transmit your credit card information to PayPal (our payment processor). PayPal, however, does store this information. PayPal maintains that it is PCI compliant. We may also store the last four digits of your credit card and the brand of the credit card. We also request your phone number and email address when you enroll in the Say This Program so that we can reach you should further verification of your credit card information be required. PayPal uses personal information, including credit card information, you provide. 5. Changes to this Privacy Policy.
In the future, we may need to change this Privacy Policy. All changes will be made here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone.

6. CCPA.
This section applies solely to residents of the State of California, to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”) applies to our processing of personal information. The term “personal information,” when used herein, shall have the same meaning as specified in the CCPA. Personal information does not include de-identified or aggregated information, or any other information the CCPA excludes from its scope.

Our statement that “we do not rent or sell your personally identifying information to other companies or individuals, unless we have your consent” includes any actions that meet the definition of a sale of personal information under the CCPA.
