With over 10 years in call center technology and support, Erik is deeply involved in all aspects of improving the organization through better utilization of technology. Erik has worked with multiple products and services, including telephony, website, VOIP, networking, mobile networks, even two-way radio.
With a knack for troubleshooting and a natural curiosity for problem solving, he has provided working results in countless projects needing a technology solution. On new projects, Erik often has oversight of the local software and hardware installations. He is the Swiss Army knife of our technology department. He is also our Account Management team's best friend for bird-dogging the client's latest reporting or systems request.
